Which Vintage Scope

Which vintage scope would look best on my Mossberg 151mb ? I see old scopes on e-bay but it is sometimes hard to find specs and dimensions for older scopes.

That one will not ship to Canada.
I would love to have a truckload of sought after gun parts just to put on E-bay and in big red letters, Say:
WILL NOT SHIP TO USA.
Done ranting now, Anyone got a cheaper scope that Will ship to Canada?

A lot of sellrs won't ship to Canada because actually it is not legal to ship a scope to Canada because of Obama's crazy firearms laws. However, that being said, I have bought a few vintage scopes off of ebay and they were sent to me with no problem.

send the seller a message asking if he will ship or if he really dosen't like your money.
 
Even the Weaver sidemounts will not fit the hole spacing of the Mossberg receiver. You can make the mounts work but you have to drill different holes in the mount if you go the Weaver route. Best to find an original Mossberg vintage mount. You can get a mount from Havlins or Brownells that is made to fit the Mossberg side mount action but it is a modern mount so you can use a 1" scope tube. It's not vintage Mossberg if you are after vintage and originality.

That is correct, the 151 is a receiver mount which changes everything. So you have to decide if you want vintage Mossberg or go with one of the many other options now available. Any standard dovetail mount and 1" scope will fit it if you want to go modern. Or the Weaver with tip off mount will work. You have many choices.

Got my scope today, MOSSBERG 2M4C and mounted it on my gun. Many thanks for posting this link. Looks great, can`t wait to shoot it. Had to use a Weaver mount,the mossberg mount didn`t fit my gun and I refuse to drill it.
