Whistle Pig Barrels?

Hopefully the Donald will get rid of all that stupid ITAR rules that Obummer put in and we can get back to buying the stuff from down south that we want.

I thought it was Clinton who imposed ITAR and offered Canada to be exempt but Canada said no thanks.

I knew Clinton started it but I thought Obummer was the one who added every known gun part to it. I could buy any parts I needed during Clinton but not after O got in.

Irregardless of who did it I sure hope the new administration fixes it.

anyone know if anyone in Canada brings in Whistle Pig Barrels?
i want to order one and im assuming they dont ship to Canada.

The majority of U.S. firearms retailers and parts manufacturers cannot ship directly to Canada. There are some "small parts" exemptions, that's how we can get stocks, screws, springs and bolt knobs from certain retailers. A barrel doesn't fall under that exemption. Whistle pig can ship to an FFL exporter within the USA, who will handle all the paperwork to obtain an import permit for the barrel and bring it into Canada for you through a 3rd party import service. I recommend checking out Prophet River's import service for this, their fee for a barrel is a modest $50 + shipping to you.

You will never be able to receive significant parts or complete firearms directly if imported from the USA. (Never say never, if the US business is export licensed, they can ship to you if you are able to obtain the proper import permit. Key thing: IF the US business is export licensed, many are not. That's a $2500 USD annual fee, the market here doesn't justify the cost for them)
