whitetail hunt in Outaouais

Not sure if anyone from Gatineau area here but how is the whitetail hunting in that area?
I'm very confused with the regulation and looks that you only have a couple of days for hunting.
I would go further north if I can increase my chances but at the same time it needs to be on Crown land because I have no permission to access private. Is there a trespassing law as in AB?
 
Pretty sure you have to go at least an hour or two north of gatineau before you find crown land. Quebec has a terrible website to locate crown land, they need to get the same design as the ontario crown land website to do theirs.

As far as days hunting, if you do bow or xbow your season lasts several weeks. Not as long as ontario but still fairly long.

Also, can only shoot bucks. No doe tags given out as far as i remember.
 
I`m in the outaouais area,you can find plenty of crown land within an hours drive,if you head a little further north you will find even more crown land.A big problem with crown land are the idiots that claim it as there own,just remeber it`s crown land it belongs to all of us.What area are you coming from ,I may be able to point you in the right direction
