Has anyone seen any of these in Canada? I just found out about it, and I really want one - the 50's space age style is incredible! I am not even sure if it would be allowed in Canada due to overall length.

If anyone knows any more about these, I'd love to know more!
 
One sold in it's original box, here on CGN, a couple years back, for $500 asked. Looked in very nice shape.

Slick looking units, eh? One of the earlier uses of an aluminum frame/body for a pistol, using a steel tube liner to hold the guts.

If you are really interested, there is a book available that covers the history and variations. Not a cheap book, but ...

Olympic Arms is making a 'replica' but they used, among other things, plastic for the body of the frame, and changed the look of it quite a bit. Worth a look, though.

There was talk of a .17 HM2 version, but sadly it was cancelled. :(
