Who assembles/builds nice simple hunting rifles in Canada (the whole package)?

Not looking for Martini Hagn 10k rifles or the like, just someone who can put together a nice wood stocked rifle, with good lines, and nice bluing. Any recommendations?
 
Klaus Hiptmayer, but it's not cheap either.

I think the wood stock is the bit that takes some $$$. Find a nice blank at $500-$1000, have someone shape it and fit it to your specs ?$$, checkering is also expensive. Then you have grip cap plus butt plate or pad, swivels etc. I don't know who I'd look for on that end but Dennis Sorensen, or Bill Leeper are the ones I would ask to put it together.

I will add Klaus to the list, I wasn't sure if Bill was still doing work, if so he was the one I was thinking of, but thought I had heard he had retired.

Last time I talked to him (~1 year ago) he said he was being very selective.

Dennis has done some work for me and put a rifle together for a friend of mine. We are both happy with his work.
