Who can install me a new barrel?

Looking to put a new barrel (I provide the barrel blank) on a 700 but can't seem to find too many people doing it around here, and I'd like to keep the rifle on the east coast to save on freight but if I have to: west coast is fine...

I did gather a few names but with reputation I can only verify from mouth to ear.

Any suggestions?

I have had ATRS instal barrels I have provided.
Rick had no problem in doing the instal, but would not warrant the barrel that they did not supply. DUH? I supplied Kriegers when he told me that I could purchase the Krieger barrel from another dealer (CGN sponsor) for less money than he could supply it for.
Great work was done and I have more projects headed to ATRS.
