Who can put a barrel on a Garand receiver and ream the chamber?

Is there a member here that if i supply the new barrel and a breda receiver, they can combine the two and finish the chamber? Is this a costly endeavour? I have a stock and some random bits. I am giving serious thought to buying a barrel and receiver to make a shooter. To enjoy often. Not the random special occasions that i take out my springfield.

are you able to get to Petawawa Ontario in the spring?
Tactical Teacher has a M1 Garand clinic schedule on 04-05 June. I went to the last one and put a .308 criterion barrel on a Beretta receiver and finish reamed it, and a Springfield USGI barrel on a Springfield receiver. Was easy to do, and I would strongly recommend trying this avenue first before getting someone else to do it.
+ There will also be clinics out west, and he has a weekly open door offer at his home. Best to check out his dealer forum and get all the details.
