Who carries the best quality Milsurps

Now that is a classy response!! If a business responses like that to a consumer complain - you know they are all about the reputation and they value it very much!

I purchased shooter grade SKS, and Mosin 91/30 last Christmas from Westrifle. Both nice looking rifles, but poor bores. I think they both shoot pretty good though(4-8 @ 100m). I did send a reply to Westrifle, bringing up the dark bore on the last few inches of the 91/30(Once cleaned up I realized it was rust), and asking if they had any advice on cleaning it up, but never got a reply back. Westrifle was good to deal with on the purchase side, and shipping. I think I would buy from them again, if they would guarantee rust free bores on the rifles. In Westrifle's defense, they are shooter grade 60 year plus old military surplus from a former failed state, that work as intended. I know I didn't expect a perfect used product when I ordered them.

I asked for as best a bore as possible from corwin .i got a 42 ishy 91/30 with an as new bore .muzzle is tight and mint.200bucks I'll never go any where else

weimajack for your SVT-40 and Corwin arms for your m44. Both awesome.

SVT-40's are drying up, grab one quick, no seriously. They did not make that many in the first place, they will not last.

General consensus seems to be Corwin Arms or Westrifle overall, I've bought a refurb svt bayonet from Corwin and the transaction was great. I've personally looked at Corwins m38 & m44's at a local gun show and his polish surplus mosins are super clean and minty looking. When I buy a m38 or m44 it will be from Corwin, I'd love to know if Martins svt40's are just as nice.

How did Russian Polish M38s or the M44 Look? and the stock? I understand they are BBQ painted.

Kind of depends on what you consider quality. iCollector, Collector's Source and Jack What'shisname sell high end stuff. And only high end stuff.
