Welded with a car battery? Not shure if he`s going to have enough rise in the scope, them stove bolts look a little Sketchy, not the greatest of carrying handle . His bore alignment might de off just a yeeda !(shouldn't the scope rings clamps be on the same side ?) Bet ya ! It must be at least within one foot of angle ( at 100 feet !)
