Who did this?

Should be plenty enough pressure and volume with 7.62x25 for a comp to work well. I have no experience but I do have 3 TTs. I have meant to pick one up for the last 10 years but still haven't.

Bushing comps don't really do much. As the exit holes are larger for the barrel to pass. So much more gas excapes. Might only get a slight reduction.

I did this! That's my gun and my photo as well. It's a 1984 Type 54 I got for $150 a while ago.

The bushing comp is made by GunPartsWarehouse and I had to use a broker to get it into Canada. It works decently well (as illustrated by the high-speed image I captured below) and you'd be surprised how much muzzle flip it reduces. Shoot it against a stock one back to back and it's obvious. It would work even better if the exit hole isn't the size of an anti-tank rifle bore, as you can see from the ratio of gas venting from the muzzle and the ports.

The light/laser combo is a Streamlight 69279 (for non-railed 1911s). I figured that the Tokarev should have a similar frame to a 1911, and I was right. The trigger guard area needs minor trimming and the top channel needs to be shimmed (I used 3M mounting tape since it's easily reversible), but the laser does hold zero. Well, as zero as it could be on a Tok...

The magazine is a Turkish 10-rounder I bought on eBay, with a 3D printed basepad sleeve to cover up the Turkish markings and make the contour less goofy. The follower needed some minor fitting out of the box, but it otherwise feeds fine. I really should've bought more of them when they were $29.99 a pop...
