Never really been a fan of the extreme short ARs...but might give one of these a go anyway. The stock is very cool.

I think I might rather have the PDW stock on a 10.5 with a 9" rail, actually. You have a gun with only 3 more inches OAL, but I think you'd see substantially better performance out of a 10.5 than a 7.5.

I'm not the rifle guru, but my concern is the stock. I've never been entirely comfortable with a rifle that I can't get a good cheek weld on. That's why I prefer sliding stocks to be constructed like the Magpul with the adjustable portion of the stock not truly changing that fit.

It serves a few very specific purposes and addresses some direct issues. As a range gun is it best suited, not likely. It does have it's place though.
