I have been toying with buying my first AR. I have been considering one for a long time (many years) but the fact there range restricted keeps making me put the wallet away. I have bought pretty much all the rifles I wan't to own so I have been looking more and more at finally going through with a purchase.

I am not familiar with whats all available Canada wide. I like what I read and see from Noveske and LMT. Are there any other rifles to consider in this price range that have Canadian dealers? The name of the brand and the Canadian dealer would be great so I can read up on them.

Maybe a black rifle can finally pry some pennies out of my wallet.

Thanks

Jason

Buy am NEA Ar 15. Canadian made, great price.

How Canadian made is it exactly again though????????? Like Really???? At first i was excited about there company but now really from reviews I have herd from other products people have bought, I would want to know more.

Noveske and LMT are great manufacture, but you generally speaking pay more for Noveske, and LMT is at the top especially for the money.. The only thing i own from LMT is a selector switch..Noveske an upper that is just awesome.

The NEA's look sweet, around a thousand bucks, price is right

How CDN are they? Well the receivers are machined here.. they may have brought in some of the odd plastic parts and so forth from elsewhere, but they ARE canadian :)

So you are saying many parts come from China in other wordsLaugh2

I would like some more details first......perhaps all call the company...

I have been researching ARs for a couple years and I will most likely go with a STAG. Lifetime warranty, and somewhere I read that the parent company manufactures something like 80% of the parts used by theUS military for their rifles. Also the canadian versions are built to higher standards than the US civilian version.

Nice price range, $2500-$3000.

The only ones I can think of would be the JP Rifles from CRAFM or the HK MR223 from Wolverine Supplies.

Noveske and LMT (MRP) are pretty much up at the top. What else is there :).
