Who Got What Moose Tags in Ontario ?

My wife's group got a tag but not her.I don't think I got one as the MNR's system is down and it's saying I didn't get one and I was in pool " 0 ".I called and was told to call back later and system should be fixed and maybe diff info so still may have a chance yet,if not I go to the 10yr mark for no moose tag !!!

WMU's 48,55A,55B and 57 must apply for a calf tag as well as adult tags.It's in the regs.

Yeah, I got sick of the tag BS< and for 290.00 IM guaranteed a tag in Quebec, and best of all, where we're going, its bull cow or calf "free for all"

Thats right DB! Quebec has got it right with the alternating year for cows and their number of animals is strong. Our trip this year will cost no more, probably less than hauling our butts all the way to Thunder Bay or Geraldton and we have a nice outfitters cabin on the bottom of a private lake and hunting area through an outfitter. I see moose....its going to be served up a 260 grain AccuBond real quick. The Ontario group size requirements are nuts....not to mention the group A & B vesting.

We will be practising our moose calls to take pictures again this year, got some nice pictures last year, a bit chewy and dry, hope they taste better this year.

I got through at 8:30 am and got the " you wern't succesful and neither was anybody in your group, you were in pool 0" message too....

I knew somethinig was wrong because my group met the guaranteed group number of A pool guys( so there was no question of getting a tag at all)... it was only a matter of watching it unfold as they corrected their errorrs, thorugh out the day.. typical MNR BS... i remeber last year or the year before that some retard opened the draw results a day or two early...
will they ever get it right the first time???

for those that got the message that I got, please call back now as it will be the right message that you hear not an incorrect computer glitch........

Well our group so far has 2 tags. I got a Bull and one of the other guys got a Cow. I've only heard from him and one other. 12 more peeps to go. We all applied singles this year and last and we got 2 tags last year too. Seems to be the way to go, espically with needing so many just to get one tag per group.
