Who has a '51 Tula SKS with a spring-loaded firing pin?

Must have been added later, either during refurb or by a previous owner. I have always understood that only '49's and early '50's had the spring-loaded firing pin, but could be mistaken.

When I first cleaned it, I was quite surprised. I was pretty sure SKS had not spring retaining the firing pin, until I did some research to find some had.

edit: though, I'm not 100% it's a 51'

I ended up with a 1950 tula from Leduc Canadian tire with the spring. I also installed an after market spring firing pin on my 1955.
