Who has best price on Glock 17?

A non-computer savvy buddy of mine has decided he needs a new Glock 17 9mm. I've been tasked with finding him the best deal available. However, being a 1911 man, I haven't paid a whole lot of attention to the Canadian Glock scene as it were.

I did notice that EE prices for used models was at, or over new-retail pricing from what I can remember from overheard conversations and chats at my club with Glock fans. I was thinking they should be retailing in the $600-$650 range, but have seen tons of used models listed for $800 or more.:confused:

Incidentally, we're looking for a mail-order friendly gun shop, offering the best pricing available on a stock (I think he might be planning on competing in IDPA or was it IPSC with it, so most after-market mods are a no-go & thus emphasis on stock/new) black G17 9mm. Best source of OEM magazines as well? Recommendations for competition friendly holster?

Anyhow, any help would be appreciated. I had planned on recommending Police Ordnance, but I understand they're no longer offering civilians a discount through that fan-based membership program?
 
Recommend the S&W M&P 9mm over the glock 17.

I've seen multiple glock 17 gen 4's for sale at about 660-689+tax and ive seen some of those prices include the case and trigger lock. Also these are new/never fired, think i've seen 3 around my area (Edmonton).

I'm about to list one of my Glock 17's in the EE. I will offer him first chance at it. Gen 3(or 3.5 as some would say) less than 300 round through it(backup gun) trijicon night sights, 2 mags, no box or manual. How about $600 shipped? PM me X-man if your buddy is interested or needs some pics.

I have the best price:D
For $1000 plus shipping I'll sell you my Gen 4 G17. Will come with original case and 2 mags, I don't know how many rounds have gone through it because I don't count rounds on pistols. Looks like new.
For an extra $500 I'll include my CAA Tactical RONI carbine kit and an extra mag.
That's the best price for me.

I'm sure you can find a better deal if you do a little surfing and bother to look around for yourself.
Most of the site sponsors are mail order friendly and quite a few of them carry Glock so it shouldn't be very hard to find a good deal.
If you don't mind used they are always all over the EE, If you don't like the asking price some people have then offer what you think it's worth, you never know what they will say unless you ask.

Police ordnance if you are in any way related to emergency services.

Call them up and ask, if you can get it the glock discount is significant.

If you ever find a place offering the Law Enforcement deal that do have G17 in stock... Let me know! I'm waiting for one since weeks...

Huh, several retailers under $750. Stock is another issue.

Try Sporteque or Blue Line Activities or Surplus City or Wild West Shooting Centre for pricing.
