Who has low recoil Tactical slugs by the case in?

dont be a baby buy regular slugs. or reload up some.
i use Super-X Slugs and they dont kick hard at all. (with pistol grip)
but i have tryed winchester Low Recoil Slug and there not that much lighter.. and if i remeber right i got them from sir/cabelas

Sorry for the ignorance however are these slugs rifled(breneke) or are they sabot. I shoot a 
lot of slugs out of my trophy slugster rifled barrel and wonder if the ballistics are comparible to normal factory load 2 3/4" sabot. I don't mind the punch of the 2 3/4" but the 3" are a little rude !
