Who has Norinco CQ M311-1 non-restricted?

I am interested in buying a Norinco CQ M311-1 (M4) preferably a non-restricted version. Does anyone know who has them in stock at the moment?

I hate it when poeple are wrong like this. My eyes become as wide as a puppy thinking: "Could it be! A NR AR!"

I just seen one at a gun show - I wouldn't use it and M4 in the same sentence. It 'resembles' an m16, however the handguard is fugly, the grip is fugly, the finish is greyish/blue. In photos it looks 'ok' however up close and personal - I'd pass. Its the 50 year old whore of chinese AR's. Not my thing, but I'm sure some guys still love it.

I hear they shoot great though.
 
I had a CQ-311... my first restricted rifle! Changed out the hardware, as the dildo-like forend was poo. It was accurate, but slow twist rate (1-12") limits the bullets to 55gr. Also the fixed carry handle meant the only optics were sitting waaay above the bore. Finish was literally paint... but I stripped mine and refinished with gunkote.

Still... it was functional and accurate. Back in the day when 'normal' AR's were in the $1500-$2000 range, scoring one for $700 was sweet!
