Who has RCBS decaping pins

ebay has them, if you can stand to wait to get them. They cost a bit more than in stores when you add shipping, but at least they're there.
Three days ago, I broke the decapping pin on my 22-250 die. I emailed RCBS to ask who had replacements here in Canada (West Coast).
A tech replied saying they had ordered and shipped one (some?) to me, no charge.

Same day service for me also...they sent me 6 replacement pins ...FOB
RCBS is one of the best companies to deal with. Just e-mail them about your situation and they will make it right at no charge. They sent me some pins because I bought a used set of dies and did not notice it was missing a decapping pin. I spoke the truth and they still sent me the extra pins at no charge.
"...hoping they would do that for Canadians too..." They've been doing it for eons. Asked RCBS that same question 30 odd years ago, by letter. They sent me a list of their Canadian retailers and a package of 6 about 2 weeks later.
You'll find 'em in any gun shop. Meanwhile, take one out of another die.
"...used set of dies..." Their warrantee is on the kit, not who bought it. They'll fix any problem, even if you caused it.
