Since there is a "Who has the worst customer service?" thread, to be fair, we'll give kudos to those stores / vendors who have given exceptional service.

P&D Enterprises - Edmonton, AB.

- Up To Date Web Pricing
- Great Customer Service
- Friendly Store Environment

I received the Ruger 10/22 I wanted, the advice I needed to hear to make a decision on other products to purchase more easily, at the price I could afford.
I was also given the ability to customize the Ruger 10/22 combo kit they carry to which ever scope, carrying case or banana clip (either hot lip or steel lips) I would like.

Phil, thanks for taking the time to make my firearm purchase enjoyable. Keep up the great work!

I've only dealt with P&D a couple of times, but would agree that the service was very good. I've also got good service at Wholesale Sports and Russell's Sports, two retailers that get complaints of bad service fairly often. I have no bad stories myself though.

I've never had a bad experience with ANY of the site sponsors. Okay, one small thing with Marstar, but they made it right almost instantly, so it's not a bad experience.

Number of deals from each...
+1 for P&D
+10 for TSE
+1 for Ellwood Epps
+3 for Armco
+2 for ArmsEast
+1 for CRAFM
+1 for Target Sports
+3 for Marstar
+1 for OST
+1 for DSTactical
+1 for CameraLand
+2 for AGW....

I could go on, but they are ALL awesome. MUCH better customer service than any other retail sector I've dealt with.

I recently purchased a rifle from Wolverine Supplies and NO complaints over here, All was great. Guy was a good guy to deal with, prompt replies with emails etc.. Will definitely buy from them again.

Maybe I'm easy to please, but I've had good luck with almost everybody but WSS. I've always enjoyed shopping at P&D, Corlanes in Dawson Creek, Russels Sports, and Epps by phone.

WSS, on the other hand, demands a big shot of Pepto Bismol before I walk in the door OR pick up the phone....

I like Stoney Creek in Whitecourt. Paul is a good guy to deal with. One time, I busted the sight on my Bow late in the afternoon. I had planned to go out the next morning first thing but with no sight was going to have to cancel. I zipped in to Stoney creek just in time to see Paul closing up the store. He was on his way out to hunt but still opened back up and showed me what sights would work. I bought one and had it zeroed just before dark.
He did not know me from Adam but still helped me out. I have bought guns, scopes ammo, arrows, etc.. for my self and sent others there too because of it. Prices as good or better than WSS on lots of things AND they treat you like a person. It's nice.
