Who has the best deals on 1911 mags

Well Dlask mags are just rebranded ACT MAG.....same exact mag Wolverine sells, so you can pay $25 or you can pay $18 http://www.wolverinesupplies.com/details/12225/SAM-1911-45-ACP-8-Round-Magazine.aspx

They are made in Italy, I find the bodies similar to MecGar but they have better followers...

ACT mags are outstanding, better than most.
Northern republic magazine (see dealer network at top of page) also has almost every kind of mag you could want and they are great to deal with.

Honestly the sam mags from Wolverine are the best deal in canada..... and the cheapest on brownells are $25 each (not out of stock) plus shipping and tax/duty when they get here. But, its your money....

I like the ACT mags, I have six but they seem to crack feed lips pretty quickly. I'm not sure if it's from dropping them or just regular use but one cracked with less than 100 rounds through it.

Not the first time I've read about the ACT mags cracking from being dropped.

First I would figure out which brand of magazines are the most reliable in your pistol, then look for a source. Cheap magazines that don't work when the timer is ticking, are not cheap magazines! Personally I'm partial to Tripp Research and Wilson.
