Right now I think The Shooting Edge does, although Daves Surplus at the top, does have good prices too.
Im not sure if he still does it, but when I got my T1 Micro from DS tactical, they had a 10% discount for being a CGN member (I just noted it and my screen name in the "comments" section). DS Tactical has free shipping on all their stuff, so you could try them too.
