You would need to provide some more specifics in terms of what exactly you may be looking for - field or sporting model? o/u or semi-auto? which specific model?
In ON, Le Baron dot ca and Gagnon Sports dot com have competitive prices on new inventory. I can not speak about their customer service as I have never bought any firearm....well that would be incorrect, I did acquire one Benelli M2 from LB some years back.
Out West, http://www.prophetriver.com/online/ always has competitive prices. Based on the reviews on CGN that I've read so far, their customer service is excellent. Personally, I haven't had an opportunity yet to buy anything from them.
Ellwood Epps (ON) has both new and used (used mainly semi-autos that I note at this time) Berettas. Their prices on new ones are not always competitive in comparison to the entities mentioned earlier. However, their customer service is excellent....something I personally consider equally important when making a firearm or firearm related purchase.
