WHO has the best price on HK P7 M8 OR M13 in Canada

Extra couple of hundred (as in $200), maybe. Extra $700-1000, no.

Eye of the beholder, but around $700+ I'm with you.

I bought 3 at once so have not needed to buy another. I'm not even going to tell people what I got them for.

Over-rated

My G17 will do everything the P7 will do, and cheaper too!
My 90-2 Beretta will probably out shoot it.
What's the allure anyway? And, if you guys are willing to fork over that kind of coin for a discontinued squeeze-cocker, my nickel Python will command top dollars.

Above is my G19 compared to a P7M13.

A G17 will do most things a P7 but not look as good .I would compare a G19 to a P7 . I doubt the Berreta will out shoot a P7 .I doubt that you have shoot one .If you have you would have seen why they are so good . I have had people shoot it and hate it .But the are the minority .Most shoot it and want it .

I've got to admit that I kind of want a P7M8, but only because of the hype. I have had no experience with one. I can't shoot a Glock worth sh*t, but I can do pretty darn well with my USP. But like most, I can't really justify paying the top dollar for it, unless it as accurate as an STI. The other thing that bothers me is that P7 owners keep saying they heat up pretty quick. If SHTF, I want to be able to shoot a couple of hundred rounds without worrying about something like a heating issue.

Have you ever shot a P7? The best 9mm bar none.
I highly doubt the 90-2 will out shoot it.
No offence, I'm a big Beretta fan, not so much a Glock, but the HK squeeze cockers are simply the best semi auto out there.

Justin LOL...

You're going to have 25 or more mags with your P7M8 to allow for a couple hundred rounds fired?

You are so right .The P7 is such a special gun.You have to experience it to get it .

Go shoot a P7. If you cannot do that then just fiddle with one.

Then come back and edit your post accordingly.

Not worth the money

Seems that HK P7 fans are legendary. Guns are like cars. We all drive different ones and say ours is the best. That's okay of course.
The P7 is a fine gun, but it appears that sales of it [probably the price] just doesn't generate enough interest to keep it in production. As you know, HK moved on instead to the very nice USP and derivatives which do sell well.
Colt's Patented Firearms company found out the same way, only earlier. People must buy your product to keep your company open.
If you have unlimited funds or happen to luck into a deal of some sort and obtain the magical gun on top of the mountain, good for you.
But, it appears that most posters on this site want value for the money they spend, especially for handguns.
Finding and buying a good used HK P7 is a worthy quest. However, two new Glocks, or two new S&W M&P's, or a Beretta and a half will cost you the same $. Guess which road gets the most use?

Ummm - SIG P210??? I'd argue the "best bar none" portion of your post but nothing else; however having said that, and having some pretty extensive trigger time on the P7 (both PSP & M8) it is a very cool gun - I do agree that there is nothing else out there like it, and once you fire one you will "get it"...

For the record, I do prefer the PSP for a number of reasons, all of them personal and none having to do with any shortfalls whatsoever in the M8 iteration.

Justin..... they DO get hot quickly. There is no denying it. I find that the M8s I've owned (3 of them) get very hot by 100 rounds, when dumping mag after mag. In fact, they get so hot, that it is uncomfortabe, and I've even burned the inside of my trigger finger. Oddly, however, I find that the M13s I've owned do not get nearly as hot as the M8s. I don't have a good explanation for this. Perhaps the larger grip causes me to grip the pistol in a slightly different way, so that I am less likely to feel the heat. I really don't know. But, based on the numerous M8s and M13s I've owned: M8 = stoking hot; M13 = moderately hot.

Here's of various P7's I've owned. Check out the M10 vs M13 comparison.... the M10 is an ugly beast.

Then why do Berettas even sell if they are 1.5x as much as a Glock? Why would anyone buy anything but the cheapest? How often do you use 2 Glocks at the same time? By the way, I don't own a single HK... yet. ;)

I would love to see that plane up close! Very cool. Don't think they fly into Vancouver often though.

That's an Airbus Beluga, they use it to ferry around aircraft components between Airbus's manufacturing plants in Europe. Not a likely visitor to Canada.
