Who has the best prices on Stag Arms?

I'm just back in the country but I think we have more 1Rs in.

Tell your dealer to give us a call. If you don't have a local dealer, we'll never not see a Stag-15 go un-sold.

Not that I know of. Don't fear calling Walter. He will set you up. I am in the Ottawa area and just put together a lower from him. Great guy to deal with. He ships inexpensively from the rock.
 
I guess that brings me to my next question.

This is going to be my first AR...I am pretty much 100% sure Im going to go with a Stag...So am I better off to purchase an upper and lower seperate and save alittle cash or to get the complete rifle for a little bit extra?

As far as I know the warranty only applies to complete rifles but Walt will clarify that. I am also about to order one from him.
 
I got a Stag lower and completion kit from Arms East, because I wanted to put the thing together and see how it worked. I got a Magpul CTR from Questar an a 6 pos buffer tube/spring kit from Wolverine Supplies. I didn't take long and it was a fun and enjoyable learning experience. It didn't cost me a ton of money and I have been saving for an upper. If you can afford the complete package, and just want to be shooting, go for it. If you don't have loads of cash, but want to get started on it, get a lower and hunt around for an upper.
 
I ordered a new AR from Armseast, and hopefully it will be in my arms soon. Being my first AR I had a million questions for Walt before I bought one. I can tell you he answered every question, had a lot of patience for me and spent a great amount of time on the phone with me each time I called. I would highly recommend dealing with him, Great guy to deal with!

+1, just did business with Walt for my latest AR, and what can I say, it doesn't get better than this.
