From their FAQ:

Ontario, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland are subject to the 13% HST

Nova Scotia is subject to a 15% HST

P.E.I. is subject to 14% HST

All other Provinces (Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon, NWT, Quebec) are subject to GST only.

I like the Norinco that CanAm has. Cheapest cases since they come with (non-corrosive) primer, powder, and bullet. Only single use, though.
if you can get them from SFRC, the Sellier and Bellot case of 500 rounds come in boxer primed, brass cases. Less than $1 a round and softpoints for hunting or anal RSOs or Fudd clubs.
