If you post your location, it might make it easier to help you. I have an unopened pound of 231 that I won't ship, but I would sell locally if someone needed it.
 
Green diamond moncton had some 231/hp38 a couple weeks ago i bought five pounds 38.41 taxes in per pound,We sent one guy from our gunclub and he picked up 18 lbs total and they still had more left.
 
Picked up 3 lbs of Titegroup @ $23/lb and small pistol primers @ $40/k at Le Barons in Markham last week. The powder went almost instantly, but it was their second shipment in 3 weeks, so things may be starting to turn around
 
In Brandon, MB, the wood joynt got in a couple of 8 lb jugs of win 231 and a couple lbs of HS-6. I picked up a few lbs for $42 per lb. Bring a empty powder bottle if you just want a lb or 2.
