Any mechanical tool store or dealer should stock them. Ie snap-on, mac, proto, gray, etc. look in the yellow pages.

try calling them transfer punches, while technically they are meant to supply a centrepunch from a drilled hole to its matching location to a second part, they also serve well as roll pin punch
