Who in Canada will get the '10/22CRR' first?

I want to buy one... I realize they are *new*, so who in Canada will most likely have them first.

FYI, they are a 10/22 with 16 1/8" barrel and no band on the front (stock looks nice too); the price is the same as regular 10/22's as well.

Getting rid of that godawful barrel band is sure to improve things.

I think I read somewhere that 16" barrel was optimum for rimfire.
