Triggerman,
Do you mean I don't seem to have a crappy attitude? Just checking to make sure I understand you...
Cheers,

I guessing the two idiots your referring to are the two holes in the target that are the furthest from the group, easy to see how some people might be confused by this.
what happened to you other Post "Who Invited these two Idiots" I replyied 'did they arrive late in the party?"to that one.
Sorry about that.... As I tried to change the title, I created a duplicate post.

There's a strong tendency here not to actually comprehend what was posted by new members, and either take apart what they didn't say, or simply label them as agents of "the other side". Paranoia runs deep. Ignore it. Back on topic, I've had those a**holes show up at my range too - I think they're professional party crashers, sort of like a politician at a shopping mall, they're there to test your patience.
happens to the best of us. To answer your question there are several things that may have invited those uninvited guests. If they arrived late in the party my guess would be your barrel is getting hot.
When I read the post I thought he was just joking about a couple of fliers. Which I think he was.
I am sure we all have looked at a target and said "I don't know what happened there".
Unless there is some history to the post that I am not aware of, I just take it as that.

The easiest option to improving group sizes is to zoom in your photo until the flyers disappear![]()

I was at the range yesterday and had the old "how many shots in a group" debate with a precision shooter/handloader. He hates it when people shoot 3 or 5 shot groups and brag about how great their gun/ammo/skill is. He said minimum 10 shots for a group, and ideally 20. Never more than 30.
I always pipe in "what are you shooting for"? If all shots are within 6" or 8" circle, it's probably a dead deer/moose/bear/elk. If all shots are within 2" it's probably a dead rabbit or squirrel.
If your goal is to see how well your handloads are for precision shooting, 10? 15? 20? shots with a barrel cooldown in between.
But at the end of the day, it's whatever you want, as it's your gun & ammo.
YMMV
