Who is bringing in the Mapul Hunter X22 and when?

Couple more questions,

Does some other brand make the same stock? Have you tried the SGA?

I didn't know Magpul had extended their recent SGA design into hunting rifles. Makes sense though as the grip angle is a nice blend of a traditional grip and a more vertical pistol grip.
 
There are more stock options on the 10/22 than most.
ATI
Troy
Boyds
Amiom
Promag
Tapco
Tacstar
Tactical solution
Hogue
PWS
And so on....
Maybe Im biased, but a know far to many people that have bought magpull stuff just to say they own it.
AR stocks come to mind!
If you have to say the brand name when you go over parts on your gun, you know your partly doing it for more than function reasons.
 
None of those fall in the $130 range

I got my Axiom for $78 including shipping from Amazon.ca
Call me a TROLL but have you even cheacked Amazon.ca?
I just did and the first 30 stocks are all under $130!!!!!

Brownells is taking PREORDERS for the magpul stock right now at $130 ish USD. I'm pretty sure the $130 price we've all been hearing about is in USD and the Canadian dollar is absolute crap at the moment so I'd bet more around $160-180 CAD all in.

I've been watching this stock and it does look comfortable and stylish. I'll likely be picking one up for my 10-22.
 
Tried to buy from Brownells they won't export this item to Canada :(

Normally shop amazon.com. I could not find the Axiom model that has rail or M-lock spots. $119.99 at Cabelas is a good price but missing a few features I like about the Hunter.

The guy asked who was bringing in a specific stock not what other options are already available. Please try to keep this on topic.

As its a mapul brand product you can expect a lot of dealers are going to be stocking it when it hits the market here in Canada. I.e. CTCS, canada ammo, wolverine, pretty much most places that can get them will have them is my bet.

Thats probably going to be the issue, I'm betting these stocks are going to be pretty popular and dealers actually getting one and putting it in your hands is going to be the issue and not is who is planning to stock them.

I wonder if using the words Hunter instead of Tactical helps with import laws?
imo looks like a tactical/target stock to me.

Fan boys are just as annoying as the "anti" fan boys but that's just the way some people roll.....

Did you actually have a personal magpul letdown story Little airwolf?...... or are you just not down with their general popularity?

They definitely have a winner with their shotgun stocks and the way these look that win should translate well to rifle's as well.
Have you tried the design?

Sorry to harp on you Little airwolf, I'm just curious where your opinion is coming from.

Thanks for the replies. Holy crap is that expensive for what is basically a bolt action 10/22. And I have to ask, Why would you want a bolt action 10/22?
