If they don't have enuff capital to refund us fully then they are risking their business.
Remember? You said they paid next to nothing for the rifles so it's easy to find out where the huge profit went to.
You missed math class I guess. TI is a tiny operation, they could not afford the rifles to begin with, say $250k just to be nice. Guns get seized, they are worthless, they don't get returned, they get melted, zero profit for TI. Everyone expects a refund and everyone paid $1000. TI can't give everyone full refunds because they would be $250k in the hole....out the $250k for the rifles they bought.
So they lose their business...what does that consist of? A $500 incorporated company and $10,000 worth of stock they have in their moms basement?
