Who is still interested in Gevarm rifles?

First gun I ever bought was a Gevarm takedown. At a garage sale. 12 years old and $15, I rode home with it across my handle bars on my bike.

All my Dad said was, "that's great!, did they have any more?!?" (we went back and got a Cooey 840 for $10)

It's been great and I've bought and sold many Gevarms along the way, but never that one, it's gold. I also have a Voere 2005 that seems to be made at the same factory as Gevarms?

The mags are the weakpoint though, much easier to use a loader on 10/22 mags. I know I would never pay more than the new price of a 10/22 for one ($240).

I have seen "group buys" organized for several different gun related items on different forums.
Has anyone ever tryed to organize a group or bulk purchase of gevarm magazines from Triple k or WGP ?
Might be worth a try? any thoughts ?
I know I'd like a couple more 8 rounders !

So would I be...however, out of the box, they need adjustment and lip trimming. If we knew a gunsmith who really knows them...get him to get a bunch and get them ready to work and sell.
Any one of us can buy mags from WGP when they have them in stock...which they don't just now.

Group purchases are something that has to be approved by the powers that be anyway IMHO.

Cantom, got your PM, just haven't had much time yet.

A little of what I know so far, I'll post when I have a little more time what was done to the one I have to make it work.

WGP has the 8 rounders, just call them and order, you don't need to group buy.

Here is what was written on the package.

Best advice I can give is when you order, have that info ready for them, they don't seem to like to look it up for themselves.

As for the mods on the magazines, each and every magazine and rifle will have a specific fit, and cannot be "bulk" made to fit.

Bulk made to fit ???? lol . I think it's obvious that each buyer would have to tinker with their own magazines, and fit to their own rifles . Sometimes its just a matter of a couple taps with a rubber mallet.
I was just commenting that bulk buys are sometimes possible. "bulk made to fit" LOL
