Who is your reloading go to store?

Just getting into reloading and wanted to ask who you guys like to purchase your supplies from. I need a place that sells casing, bullets, primers and powder for a range of items. Most importantly .50AE & .308WIN

Need to establish what you are looking for, and what you want to reload, and where you see yourself going, according to what aspects of what disciplines you are interested in. Different stores specialize in different things, brands. Do you want a pile of once fired 223 brass, or Lapua for a benchrest gun? 9mm for a pistol or a rifle. Some areas are devoid of good stores and you have to rely on the internet, which often involves freight. Some stores have great websites, some suck, but have really good inventory.
 
In no particular order, some of the places I have bought supplies from:

Tenda for primers, sometimes powder. Over a certain price is free shipping, but you have to pay the "dangerous goods" fee. I think. Been a while.
If you are local to GTA, there is Hummasons for powder, and some primers, lead shot, some projectiles. Their hours are not great, but their prices are usually good.
X-Reload, they have a good smattering of everything, watch their prices and shipping.
Lawry is another, usually good prices, but their shipping can be spendy.
Mystic Precision, Jerry can get you projectiles, brass, dies, and has a wealth of knowledge on F-Class and other disciplines.
SFRC has some reloading supplies, I have bought Hornady projectiles from them (at the store), they were a good price.
Budget Shooter Supply, I have purchased shot, hulls, and wads.
Western Metal, they usually have a good stash of brass.
BlackSheep Brass, I'm not sure that he has the 50AE, or 308, but if you're into 9mm, or 223 and need lots of fired brass that is ready to load, get in touch with him.

Kind of depends on where you're at.
 
To be specific I need .50 AE casings, bullets, primers. For .308win I need bullets and primers only. I also have a crap load of 223/5.56 once fired shells so all i would need is bullets and primers for them also. Most important is the .50 because ammunition is costly for that bastard. I live in Provost Alberta and always need to have my items shipped. I'm purchasing the basic kit with dies for both .50 and .308 from Lee Precision. I don't need to be fast, doing this more to create a hobby I enjoy.

I'm just up by Wainwright, so I feel your pain. Best bet in the area is Clay at prophet River in LLoyd. I've bought a lot of reloading stuff from him over the years.
Second choice is hit P & D if you make a run to Edmonton
Third - Provost gun show, or Consort. Stock up when it's in town

Oh, and I almost forgot. You could always talk to Sam at the local hardware store on mainstreet. He's got a pretty good selection of reloading gear.

P&D has a good selection of bullets

I get a lot of my reloading components from Cabela's, but when I need something that is out of the ordinary which seems to be about 50% of the time I just go to P&D

mail order from other places is my third choice, I've gotten stuff from Mystic and he is good to order from
 
The 50 cal isn't going to be the easiest to find, I ended up going to Custom Reloading Service for 50 cal plated bullets. For the rest of my components I go to Lawry's as it's not terribly far out of my way home from work and thier prices are pretty good. Not sure what thier shipping is though. If you call in and want something they don't stock from a manufacturer they do stock they'd probably bring it in for you but your at the mercy of how often they do bulk orders. For example, it took like 3 months for me to get 500 S&W Mag brass but it was like 40% less than I could get it anywhere else.
 
Check out Kodiak Lake Sporting Goods in Barrhead Alberta. Good prices on Bergers and 8 pound kegs. Home hardware in Hanna Alberta also has good prices on 8 pound kegs and I am from Edmonton.
 
Depends on what I'm looking for. Sometimes a retailer will have a sale on items which I usually take advantage of. Customer service is also a factor as well.
I use Cabelas (sale items mainly), Prophet River (outstanding customer service, sorry can't think of a better adjective), auction companies (depending on cost), Canada Brass, Tillsonburg Gun Shop, Epps, Summach Sports, Hummason's, X-Reload, Rayn'er Shine Gunworks (Sierra bullets). That should be a decent cross section of retailers. Everyone has their fav's but basically whomever has what I want at a decent price. Shipping cost is always a consideration as well.
 
I get all of my projectiles and new brass from Jerry at Mystic.... great communication and his prices on Sierra projectiles is the probably best when you buy bulk.
Jerry is freaking awesome in replying back to emails.... outstanding advice too.

Everything else.. reloading equipment, primers & powder I get from Cabelas.

If Mystic carried primers and powder, I'd probably buy that from him too.

Search the EE for reloading supplies local to you. You can often find that exact item you’re looking for at a respectable discount. This isn’t a reloading item but I just bought a crate of Swiss GP11 for close to $0.50 per round from a guy who just wanted to get rid of it. That was his offer price...I can’t reload that caliber at that quality for that cheap. There are lots of great retailers out there but don’t ignore a local private seller.
 
80% of my reloading stuff comes from ee, gunshows and private sales.
Beside that I'd recommend Canada ammo ( powder) and bullseye (campro bullets).
 
I also get a lot of reloading supplies from private sales. Bullseye in London has great prices on Campro and Sellers and Bellot primers. I like DRG bullets, and Hummasons have a good selection at a good price. Henry at budget shooting is my go-to for my Lee Pro 1000 parts (I have two of these presses). Generally, if I need something and am close to any story, they are the recipient of by business.
 
Looks like you've been given a bunch of good "leads". I'll just throw in another, for Henry at "Budget Shooter Supply". I've ordered various re-loading components from him. He seems to carry a good selelction (including .50 AE bullets & brass) - I've found his prices very reasonable - he ships promptly and seems genuinely interested in keeping his customers happy.
