Who knows something about small cannons?

I bought this last week and cannot find anything like it on the internet. Who, what, when & where did it come from?

The bore is 10mm dia by 4.5" long. About 3" in, the barrel chokes to about 6mm dia. The choked area extends to the ignition hole that is about 1.5-1.8mm. This chamber holds about 20gn of FFFG. The entire build is brass & wood. Is this a kit?

The carriage and wheels look very similar to the Chinese made Napoleon cannon kit sold by a number of outlets. The barrel sounds to be a better and safer format than the mentioned kit which was pretty variable in the bore department. Powder charge sounds about right for the piece. Should be fun. Cheers
