Who makes guns chambered in 9.3x63 today?

I think Steyer and Mauser both chamber for it still. I would imagine most European gunmakers would, but I could be wrong.

Sako and Tikka were the 2nd and 3d I checked out after Browning. None of them three listed that calibre. Mauser M98 is said to have anything commercially available between 22-250 and 9.3x64, but I am waiting for a word of confirmation from the Mauser dealer for Canada. Merkel does, but it's a single shot and I am a bolt guy. Not sure if Blaser comes in that calibre - it's a bit too fancy from my point of view, same as Merkel.

Does Husqvarna still make rifles? I could not find their web site. They made lots in this calibre.

What would be the big difference between a 9.3x62 and a 9.3x63 ? Neither of them are a "Magnum's" Just don't understand why the 63 instead of the 62. I recently had a chance to fondle a new Voere ( Austria ) rifle in 9.3x62. Wish I hadn't.

I don't know what you have planned, but if your interested in a "Short" action big bore, have you considered the .375 Ruger or .376 Styer? I know their not as romantic, but can you even find brass for the 63 anymore?

Here is one I found on auction, long since sold.

Until today I had never heard of this one. Mind you that isn't saying much....

Going by Andy's top load for his 8x63 (3020 / 180gr Nosler) it would look like this necked up to 9,3:
250gr 2837 fps
320gr 2656 fps

Thanks Pharaoh!!!!! Six years younger than it's "little" 62 brother.

From what I've read the 64 Brenneke didn't pan out well back then because the bullets could not hold up to the higher velocity. Perhaps the 63 case was wrote off as the same.
