Who makes simple custom muzzle brakes?

Looking for a clone of the XM177 fake suppressor/muzzle brake, since the brownells model can't be imported. Bulding a retro model Ar15. The clone just has to look somewhat similar, I don't mind it not preforming as well as a commercial kind.

Is there anyone who can set some time aside for this project? I asked around with some of the dealers but they don't have time/don't offer it. Thanks for you time. Let me know if the thread isn't appropriate for this board.

S&J Hardware maybe, keep your thread alive and you will likely find one of the pro's here on cgn might make you one. But a custom one will likely cost more then one you can buy.

Thanks, I'll give them a ring. I'd normally settle for an A2, but this is just for looks.

"...suppressor/muzzle brake..." Two different things. A fake suppressor can be made out of ABS/PVC pipe. However, a CAR 15/XM177 didn't have an integral suppressor.
"...Brownells model can't be imported..." Can't be exported.
