Who makes this front sight block?

Any info on this or any similar product that would allow for a AR front sight to mount to the front of a barrel would be appreciated.

Not the sight itself but the block it's mounted to. The sight is just a standard flip up front sight. Thanks anyway.

I can see that is a Remington, but i thought this might be instructive at least. Perhaps you can get a gunsmith to copy it for a Remington... perhaps...

That's what I thought. The pins for the gas tube and sling swivel gave it away.
