My brother finally got his Norinco M-14 and he is thinking of improving it. Is there a retailer that you can send an M-14 to and they can install for a few a new wood/synthetic/exotic stock, scope mount and scope, maybe bipod?

I would recommend you figure it out for yourself. Much is not rocket science and quite educational in terms of understand the M14....

Cheers

Jeff

Sure. I'm most concerned though about scope mounting. That is a real trial on the M-14 quite often, as I know from experience. We want to get it right the first time and are willing to take it to a trained gunsmith.

Doug over at Ellwood Epps in Orillia has been cranking out well tuned Norinco M14's...

We have compared notes extensively, I can highly recommend his work.

Cheers,
Barney

PM me and I'll send you a free copy of the 1st M-14 clinic free. Lots and Lots of info. Eventually I'll do another batch but its a little hard to pump out a bunch with the craptastic set up I got right now. I'm suprised I didn't get burned at the stake from the guys on this forum due to the length of time I did the last batch. :) This version includes the re-parkerizing bit. If I can get my #### together I understand some guys wanted just that section. If I can figure out Adobe Premiere enough maybe I can cut that part out and make it a download. I have a friend with a multi-burner and I'll give him a call, maybe for a case a beer he could do 20-30. Speaking of beer if you watch this Clinic I highly recomend you get some beer and make sure your girlfriend/spouse doesn't want to watch something as this clinic is almost 4 hours long! Thanks to Hungry for letting us invade his house for the clinic.

Note: I am not responsible for any fighting or breaking up with girlfriends/spouses when watching this long clinic and you are fighting for the TV.
