who re-bores rifle bbls in Canada?

I am looking to get a classic bolt rifle in 30 cal rebored into something to clean up the old bore. It is a relatively valuable rifle that can stand the effort.

Possible .338 or even .423 if there is enough metal.

Is there anyone besides Ron Smith that still does this work????
