Who rebuilds old scopes

I got an old Weaver k3 c3 scope. Works fine but not clearest picture. My question is, is their anyone who can rebuild overhaul an old scope like this? I have newer scopes but would love to bring this old gem back to life.
 
There are a few places in the U.S. that rebuild Weaver scopes (Iron Sight Inc. is one), you're looking at around $260 USD and whatever it costs you to legally get it in to and out of the U.S. I'd be surprised if there's an outfit in Canada that has the parts/equipment to do what you're looking for.
 
He has done five old Weavers for me, and they all came back cleaned up and in perfect operating order.

And, if a repair is going to cost a bunch, he always gave me a call before proceeding with the work. No surprises. That is service!

Good morning to you sir, I hope this finds you doing acceptably well on our BC Family Day weekend.

I can't recall now if I've had one or two scopes fixed by the good folks at Trace, but I want to say I've dealt with them twice somehow.

Anyway as mentioned by others, they were great with my questions up front via phone calls and turned the scope or scopes around in good time at a reasonable cost.

The one I recall for sure at present was a straight tube 3X which they installed a post reticle and cleaned up for something less than $50 - but that was a good long time ago now so please don't hold anyone to that price.

Hopefully that was useful information sir and good luck with your old El Paso steel tube Weaver whichever way you decide.

I have a old Weaver K4 and was given a price of about $60.00 for a disassembly, cleaning and dry nitrogen fill. If I wanted a different cross hair, that would add $40 to $50 to the cost. I feel the above prices are more than reasonable given the good reports I've heard of his work and the fact I don't have to send the scope south of the border.
 
The last one I had repaired by Phil, a 4X, was $135 total. That included a reticule change and spring replacement, complete cleanup, seal replacement, nitrogen purging, and postage. The scope still functions perfectly on a lightweight 30-06 three years later.

He also informed me the cost of a second scope I had sent was going to be considerably more. I passed, and told him to just keep the scope, and use the good parts to bless someone else with the possibility of a repair. Weaver is no longer making parts for these old scopes, of course.
