Who sells 18.6/20" uppers?

think canada ammo had a few norinco uppers
and Nordic Marksman has a Colt Canada 18.6" upper

I'd love to see someone manufacture an 18.6" barrel with an integrated muscle device (A2 birdcage style maybe?) Like the AR180B barrels. Light or fluted medium contour to keep the weight down perhaps?
