Shop around and you can find the Dueck knock-offs for as little as $9 shipped. Ive seen KAC knock-offs for $20. Quality however is a whole other issue, owners of the Dueck knock-offs sound happy with them though. Hical sells knock-off Duecks but theyre $90 plus shipping and DS Tactical has real Duecks for $260.

I have a set of genuine Dueck sights on my Stag 3G and they are awesome.
Diamondback makes a set of folding offset sights which are also nice.

I believe Arms East also sell the Duecks since they are an option on the Stag 3G

I cant justify the prices for some of the iron sets available. I think that the most they should cost is about 150$ ever. It's crazy what some people will spend on toys that have no advantage over a cheaper set.

ever see KAC iron sights in person?

About the only use I could see for 10 dollar irons is as a proof-of-concept device. Offset irons don't necessarily work for everyone so I could understand buying a cheap set to experiment with, I guess.

But iron sights are a precision instruments. I would never run a ten dollar set...that's airsoft #### that you buy specifically because you DON'T use it. It's just there to look like a set of sights on a pose gun.

Stupid.

It's crazy what some people will say about how others spend their own money.

I'm not telling anyone how to spend their money, I spend alot on toys as well. I just couldn't bring myself to spend 400$ on iron sights. Lots of them are just rebranded other brands as well, personally I would rather spend a couple hundred more and get a quality red dot instead of iron sights but that's just me.

The only 45 degree offsets I'd use are ones that fold down.
The knight's are very compact and have everything needed for a quality, dependable, repeatable set of sights.
I have a set on my MWS and for nearly a $1 per round down range, I'd question the sanity of someone using a $10 set in a similar fashion.

I made the mistake of buying the $30 (shipped) sights off eBay from China. They were, quite literally, garbage. The adjustable portion of the rear sight was loose and could move a few MM each direction. Then, as I inspected it to see if it could be tightened, a tiny pin fell out completely and the whole sight fell apart.
There was no way they could ever hold 50 let alone hold zero and they clearly would never survive the recoil of a chirping cricket let alone a .223.
I do agree, $250+ for a set of irons is crazy... Simply because they're offset 90 degrees. But no irons would be better than that cheap eBay junk. I got my money refunded... Threw the sights in the garbage.

Quick question for those who have them or even those who plan on buying/using them.
At what distance do you expect to use these, and what is your primary sight (Optic or other irons?)
