Maybe it's just me, but I think you might need to provide a bit more information to get any significant answers.

As you're posting in the pistols and revolvers section, I assume you're looking for a handgun chambered in 9mm. It's the reloadable part that confuses me. Do you mean for the gun to be reloadable, which is every single gun I've ever heard about unless you're looking for some one-off supersecret spy gun that is only designed to fire a single shot.

Or are you talking about reloaded ammunition? In that case, almost all guns I've heard of will function with properly loaded handloads. Though, some are more picky than others.

Really need more info to provide any answers.
 
I think he is looking for the cheapest possible 9mm factory ammo that he can reload. Norinco Brass Cased Non-Corrosive Boxer Primed stuff is your best bet. Canadaammo has it on occasion, may even have some in stock now.
 
my understanding is "who sells a cheap and reliable 9mm pistol".
I is close to O on the keyboard so "realoable" could very well be "reliable"
And I don't know the answer.

I'm well down through my second box of 1200 and have yet to have a single issue with this ammo. It is primo stuff. I wish I'd gotten more.
