Who sells casting moulds nowadays

Grafs, Mid-South shooting supplies, there are some great makers on the Cast Boolits website, or you can go directly to the good mold makers....LBT, Mountain molds, Accurate molds, CBE, etc.
 
Anyone who sells the brands that make molds like RCBS, Lyman, Lee etc should be able to order molds. That said many local shops take forever to get them and don't have a big interest in special order items.

I would look at some of the online places mentioned in the US as well as some of the forum sponsers here.

I have had great luck with the Lee molds I bought from Factory Sales in Wisconsin and some local shops.
 
dragon bullet lube at the top of the site sells all lee products including bullet molds. Ive got a fair bit off of him. Good to deal with I recommend giving him a shout.
 
Castboolits.com has a whole bunch of group buys for custom moulds. (I just received my 38-200 mould for 38 smith and wesson,made by N.O.E.) Check it out...
 
If you don't want to shop south of the border, Wholesale Sports is the only retailer in Canada that I know of that keeps a good selection on the shelves. People slag them, but they are well ahead of anyone else in this category.
