Who sells custom 10/22's in Canada?

This is a two part question.
Who other than Dlask sells custom 10/22's in Canada?
Would it be cheaper to buy barrel, stock, action, etc and build one myself (I really don't want to spend more than $500)?

Probably not cheaper but at least you get exactly what you want and you get to say you built it. It can be done for less than $500 but it depends on the parts (barrel/receiver/trigger/bolt/chassis) you want to use.

You can start with a cheap stock one and upgrade as you see fit, a barrel here a trigger there...etc
