Been hunting high and low with no luck. If any of you crafty internet wizards could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I know a couple guys that shoot IDPA and they all use frangible when shooting steel. There are several of them that cast and load their own 9mm in bulk but even they use factory frangible rounds. I've never asked but I would wager that they can't find frangible 9mm bullets for reloading anywhere since I'm sure if they could, they would.

If you had a large enough order you may be able to get someone to bring them in for you from the US. Mystic Precision maybe?
I know General Dynamics (IVI factory) make them but, alas, no retail sales from them. I've found a dozen or so loaded frangible 9mm with IVI headstamps in the gravel (discarded/dropped) from when the military shoot steel at the range I'm a member at.

I contacted a company called "Sinterfire" that makes all kinds of frangible goodies but they don't have any dealers in Canada. I'm curious why nobody has tried to import this sort of thing, I feel like this is something that would sell a ton amongst us reloading nerds.

Probably because you can't use it for its intended purpose (CQB preventing ricochets), and it would be somewhat wasteful to have money soaked up into stuff that doesn't move as quickly for the same profit margin (probably less due to storage fee's and tied up capital). Just my 2cents on the topic.
