You may want to check out Lone Wolf Distributors as well. I have dealt with them and they ship to Canada no problem. The are also online at lonewolfdist.com .Great folks

PM sent re Glock OFM parts. I've ordered my hiviz directly from them: http://www.hivizsights.com/Glock-C11.aspx (but I ordered Sig ones for myself). No idea re tungsten recoil rod (don't know about if that was Production-legal, if you were going to shoot it in IPSC).
