I'm looking for the good stuff like Volquartsen, not crap like ram-line. Who in Canada sells stuff like this? Or, who in the U.S. is willing to ship here?

I have never dealt with Cheap Gun Parts and I don't know of anyone that has, they do state that "All Foreign orders where the parts total is over $100 requires an import permit. (Note: Canada has a $500 parts limit)
Customers are responsible for all custom fees.
ANY ORDER VALUED AT OVER $100 (OR $500 FOR CANADA) WILL NOT BE EXPORTED TO A FOREIGN COUNTRY.

We will not be responsible for items shipped internationally and either lost in shipment or seized by customs."

Until there is a proven track record I'd be a bit leery but you pay your money and take your chances.

Kidd parts can be had through Jo-Brook Enterprises, though they don't have stock at present.

Milarm in Edmonton has some Volquartsen parts and IF you time it right when they get an order in they have a supply. Miss it and you can wait 6 months. Prices I've seen there are high. You have to phone and talk to John, do not try email or trust the web site.

Canada is not a great place to get US parts.

I've bought several times from Cheap Gun Parts, every time order over $100, each time Checked taxed and passed by Canada customs. They ship anything but barrels, receivers, and 25 shot mags. They have good communication and ship fast.

If I can't get what I need in Canada I go there, or Hornet Products.

I've heard a LOT of horror stories about CheapGunParts.com and Bob Martin.
Some of them were posting here in this forum over the past few years.
Caveat Emptor.......

Huh, good to know. I myself have ordered from there a couple time with no issue.

Try rimfiresports.com in the US. They have a fair bit of good kit, and ship for free (even to Canada).

-- Oh, never mind, I just went to the site and it looks like they no longer ship out of the USA. Crappy.

Bits of Pieces in BC sells some good 10/22 parts, but his stock is pretty variable.
