who sells these in Canada? Are they much different from ERGO F93 stock??
i saw OSTS had the ERGO ones but i think they are sold out... i would still prefer the "magpul m93".. any ideas..?

They are both made in the same facility, when Magpul dropped the model, Ergo picked up the rights.
*edit* just check OSTS still shows them being in stock.

If I remember right its came out around 2002 and last shown in the magpul catalog in 2005.

I brought one form Wolverine supply in early 2003 I think . Still have it .

Yes the M93 in it’s current form will not be produced any more. Read on for why this is good news for those who like the M93 (and maybe for those who do not).

When we created the molds for the M93 back in 2002 they were built for low volume experimental work. Every time we had to do a major overhaul on the molds we would also add any enhancements we though were needed and this would result in a new version number (M93A, M93B etc.). Instead of rebuilding the molds for the planned M93B2 we have chosen another direction this weekend.

This time with the PRS production running really smooth right out of the gate we started to rethink the whole original MSS concept and the role of the M93 specifically.

After a little brainstorming we came up with a concept that will do everything the current M93 does but will do it a lot better and could be produced a lot quicker. Right now the M93B takes about six times longer than the PRS to manufacture. I cannot tell you much in the way of details for this new item other than this.

"1. It’s styling will fit in with the newer Magpul releases such as the PRS and MIAD grip.
2. It will have all the features of the M93 (and more), but they will be better engineered and durable (no more flimsy presets)
3. The internal structure of the stock from buffer tube to tail/strike piece will be aluminum. While we will rely on Nylon for areas where skin contacts, the strength will all come from ALU parts.
4. The new design will be the basis for the iterations of the MSS stocks outlined in the original PDF file. For example the current molds for the PRS easily adaptable to the new system.
5. We will have a trade up deal that will allow current M93 owners to switch to the new system at a cost which will be as low as I can make it.

It will take us a minimum of 3 months (probably more like 5) to bring this new item online and we will continue to sell and service the M93 while we have completed M93s in stock. We will also keep parts on hand for servicing M93s in the field for a long while. Even some of the planned M93B2 upgrades will be available to current M93 owners. I just wanted to give everyone a heads up so that this change down the road will not be a surprise.

All in all the M93 did a fantastic job of shaking up the industry. The ACE SOCOM, HK XM8, and FN SCAR-L all borrowed from the M93’s design. Now it is time to build on what the M93 created but it will have to be with this new item for it to reach it’s potential.
