Call them up........ Seriously, they will replace at a minimal cost, or free of charge...... Post back the results......
They'll take care of you. Helps if you have the part listing of the dies you are getting parts for too.
I got replacement parts for my Pro2000 and told them it was my fault they broke. Few weeks later the parts showed up free of charge and postage paid.
I'll definitely be buying RCBS in the future.

We carry RCBS parts and have the decapper pins in stock.
There are three different versions of the RCBS dies over the years so a picture of your would be helpful.
Some have replaceable decapper pins that you cna replace just the pin because it is held in place by a collet. Others require the whole decapper assembly to be replaced.
I hope RCBS can replace your piece under warranty, if not call or email us and we can get you what you need.

It is the main stem, doesn't look broken, but it is setup for the pic. It is broken right at the neck which holds the neck expander.

I can vouch for Rcbs too. I bought a used 5-0-5 scale on the EE for cheap because it was missing the powder pan and holder. I called up Rcbs and they send me both parts free of charge. Took a few weeks because they were out of stock but they did make it to me.

Update to my original post and you all telling me to call RCBS
Called them up this morning, they took my name and address and said one will be sent out immediately for replacement. Didn't even ask what was the reason for replacement.
That is incredible customer service!!!
